
Ballet for adults is foremost focused on using ballet to gain good posture, confidence, coordination and good mood. The training includes barre workout and many other ballet exercises.

Tuuli Peremees
has finished the Tallinn Ballet School and received an MA degree at Tallinn University as a director-choreographer. She has danced at Estonian National Opera for 21 years and performed in most of the classical and contemporary ballet productions as a soloist or in corps de ballet. Tuuli has directed productions at the Estonian National Opera Winter Garden – Debussy’s “Twelve Moments of Spring” in 2003, Vivaldi’s “Seasons” in 2005 and Schubert’s “Death and the Maiden” in 2007. She has worked as a ballet teacher for many years.

Irina Pähn
has finished the Tallinn Ballet School and has worked as a ballet artist at Estonian National Opera from 1982 until 2002. She has taught professionals and hobby dancers alike.
